Check-in at Southampton Airport is open from 5am and is located directly inside the terminal building, just by the main departures entrance. Southampton Airport is well known for its easy check-in process and came out on top for the issue of check-in times (On average 10 minutes) out of all UK Airports, quite some feat!
You should always check with your airline for help with check in times, but as a general rule of thumb we advise:
Self-service check-in is available with most airlines; it is simple and safe to use and can save you a lot of time at the airport. Self-service check-in is available in kiosks located on your left as you walk into the terminal building.
Online check-in is also available with Aurigny*, Loganair and easyJet. Some airlines now also offer check-in through your mobile, usually through their own dedicated apps.
*They will only allow online check-in if you don't have any hold luggage.
